CHAPTER 4 : COMPETENT COMMUNICATION

Make people feel that the soul that speaks is peaceful and calm. And his speech was polite, measured, orderly and unhurried.

When speaking not to Win (dominate), he is actually trying to find a way to come to an agreement, agree and win over the opponent. Example "Actually sir we have the same opinion, we just look at it from a different angle, our goals are the same, sir's opinion is insightful". Imagine the person who wanted to argue, won.

Give encouragement to the person we are talking to by making it a habit to ask about the purpose of life, "Your life is good now after this what else to do"?

Express appreciation for the person's kindness or return greetings (peace) better than the person's speech or the same. Example of Thank You Mother Nina, may God grant you goodness and a happy life.

Speak only when necessary, speak when your speech brings good or gives a brilliant idea for the improvement of something or you want to ask for information or to ask for an explanation. Other than that, shut up, smile and listen more.

APPRECIATION

Humans love appreciation. Appreciation from someone is like a boost in motivation so that people want to be more successful, want to be better. Therefore, learn to be grateful for every kindness that people around us do to us. As simple as saying thank you, as well as words that awaken the soul, this example of what you do means a lot, thank you. Thank you for helping.

Shake hands, pat on the shoulder and hug the meritorious and devoted person. Tell those who are successful, Congratulations, I see a bright future for you. Wishing you the best, May God bless you with a lot of goodness. I am grateful for all the goodness bestowed upon you, may God bless you with righteousness and faith. On special days give greeting cards and gifts. God willing, the world will be better, if people are grateful to each other.

A GOOD SENTENCE ARGUMENT

Allah has sent down the best words which is the holy book Al-Qur'an. (Al-Zumar: 23)

Do you not see (O Muhammad) how Allah presents a comparison, namely: a good word is like a good tree, whose base (root) remains firm, and whose branches reach up to the sky.

(Abraham 14:24)

And the servants of God whom He is pleased with, are those who walk on earth with good manners and when people who behave with a lack of manners, address them with words, they respond with words that are safe from unwanted things.

(Al-Furqan: 63)

They will not hear in it a vain word but they always hear a good word; and food and drink for them is prepared in it, morning and evening (all the time).

(Mary 19:62)

And (remember, O Muhammad), when We made a covenant of allegiance with the Children of Israel (by saying): Do not worship but Allah, and do good to parents, and relatives, and orphans, and the poor; and say good words to your fellow man; and establish prayer and give zakat". Then you turned your backs on (your covenant of loyalty) except for a small part of you; and indeed you are the people who do not heed the covenant of loyalty.

(Al-Baqarah 2:83)

Anyone who wants glory (then he should try to find it by obeying God's commands), because to God belongs all glory. It is to Allah that all good words rise (which affirm faith and monotheism, to be included in the account of the answer), and righteous deeds are lifted up (as acceptable deeds - which give glory to those who do them). And on the contrary: those who plan evil (to gain glory), for them is a severe punishment; and their evil plans (if effective) will be destroyed.

(Psalm 35:10)

And there is no one whose words are better than the one who calls on (insisting on and obeying the command of) Allah, and he himself does righteous deeds, saying: "Indeed I am from the Muslims (who submit completely to Allah)! "

(Fussilat 41:33)

Call to the way of your Lord with the wisdom of wisdom and the advice of good teaching, and reason with them in a better way; Indeed, your Lord is the One who knows best about those who stray from His path, and He is the One who knows best about those who are guided.

(Al-Nahl 16:125)
